easyLEARN as an entire system provides all areas that are indispensable for a successful know-how transfer. It can also be integrated with existing environments or partial solutions.
The learning window guides the employees through the learning recipes that were defined by your experts
The learning window uses a learning recipe defined by your experts to guide you through the existing learning contents in the network in a didactically correct approach.
The learning recipe contains a suggested sequence, notes, and interposed questions of the expert as well as tasks and exercises.
The system records what has been learnt and understood.
The know-how search engine answers important questions – also after the training
easyLEARN utilizes the known 'Google style' to browse all information that is important for learning in a central location.
For this purpose, easyLEARN keeps a knowledge object catalog.
No matter where you store the information physically – in file locations, on the intranet, in PDF documents, in databases, or on the Internet – employees enter their questions and receive answers.
With the learning recipe editor your experts provide their knowledge and existing documents in a self-learnable form
Experts enter a learning content in easyLEARN by dragging it to the easyLEARN SmartLink on the bottom right of the screen.
The learning recipe including questions and answers is then completed in the browser.
